Uses and Coverage

Suitable for properly prepared wood and concrete porches, patios, decks, and basement floors. Coverage per gallon is approximately 200–300 square feet on rough surfaces or 300–400 square feet on smooth surfaces. A five-gallon bucket therefore covers approximately 1,000–2,000 square feet per coat, depending on surface texture, porosity, and application method.

Application and Drying

Apply to clean, dry, properly prepared surfaces; prime where required. Use when air and surface temperatures are 50–90°F. Typically dries to touch in 1 hour; allow 4–6 hours before recoating and 72 hours before normal use. Cooler or humid conditions extend drying time. Clean tools with soap and water.

Use limitations: Not for garage floors or surfaces exposed to automotive tires. Painted surfaces can be slippery when wet. Follow the bucket label and manufacturer instructions.
