Order Minimum

There is a $500 minimum purchase on all website orders.

Free Delivery Within 70 Miles

Free delivery is included on all qualifying orders of $500 or more within a 70-mile radius of ZIP code 32819. Delivery is our only fulfillment option. We do not offer customer pickup or nationwide shipping. If you are unsure whether your address qualifies, email luis@ocqsupply.com before ordering.

Delivery Timing

No confirmed appointment is required. Standard delivery hours are Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm Eastern Time. Weekend delivery is also free upon request for qualifying orders.

If you need a specific delivery time, give at least 4 hours’ notice and add the time in the checkout delivery instructions. For a special delivery time with less than 4 hours’ notice, email luis@ocqsupply.com and we will do our best to accommodate.

After ordering, we will confirm your delivery address and details by email.

No Public Storefront or Pickup

We are a delivery-only service-area business serving Central Florida. There is no public retail location for visits or order collection.

Order Documentation

Every delivery order includes an invoice or receipt for your records. Documentation may be sent manually by email.
